Philadelphia Open Studio Tours feat. Brooke Lanier

  • Brooke Lanier Fine Arts 820 S. 4th Street Philadelphia, PA (map)

Philadelphia artist Brooke Lanier has been busy working on synthesizing all of the things she observed while on tour of the SS United States this past summer. Now her latest pieces, which continue her series of works featuring America’s Flagship that were part of “Berths and Ghosts” exhibit, will be on display during a special event with Conservancy supporters.

Brooke will be showing her new SS United States inspired pieces during the Philadelphia Open Studio Tours on October 14th and 15th from 12-6 pm. Both a Brooke and a Conservancy staff will be on-site during the show for discussion.

📅 On Sunday, October 15 at 2pm, Brooke Lanier and Conservancy Preservation and Outreach Associate Alaina Noland will hold an artist talk and Q&A at Lanier's Philadelphia studio (820 S. 4th Street, Philadelphia) as part of the Philadelphia Open Studio Tours. During the Q&A session, you'll hear about how America's Flagship inspired Brooke's work, and how the ship continues to inspire people around the globe.
